Enrichment

Beyond Montessori

Chefs, playgrounds, yoga, music and French — life beyond the work cycle.

Nourishment

Our approach to food

Each of our four locations has a chef on site. Every chef has specialties and each school has its own “local flavour” — healthy, varied snacks and lunches from around the world. A registered dietician reviews menus annually.

We buy organic and local when possible, customize for vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free diets, and take allergies seriously with parent-developed nutrition plans.

Meals = learning

Snack and lunch are educational — peaceful time for socialization and conversation.

Age-specific playgrounds, organized games, and discovery-based active time — plus indoor activity when weather keeps us inside.

Yoga

Weekly with Cheeba — shark, tree, cloud pose and more, plus breathing and meditation basics for Casa children.

Music

Adriana teaches rhythm, melody and harmony through songs, games, world instruments, and the human voice.

French

Casa children learn vocabulary and grammar naturally — preparing them for Canada’s bilingual society.
